Return Policy

Our purpose is to provide you with the best experience on our website. In order to proceed with a return, the following conditions are required:

 

Order Return

- The original invoice or purchase order must be presented at Casa Alegre.

- Returns have a maximum period of 2 days after making the purchase.

- All products must be returned in their original packaging, without damage or damage, with their labels, accessories/parts and manuals and without any deterioration or damage to the same.

- We will not accept any products that are in poor condition, dirty, broken, battered or out of their original packaging without the purchase order.

- Discounted or clearance items do not apply for exchange or returns.

- The following types of products are not eligible for exchange or returns: fragrances (candles, diffusers, creams, liquid soaps, sprays, potpourri, and scented tassels), paper napkins, paper placemats, paper paths, and paper place cards.

- We are not responsible for damages or defects that are caused by the customer's incorrect use.

- Credit notes are valid for 30 days after they are issued. After these 30 days, it will be invalid.

- By signing your Delivery Lead upon receipt of your merchandise, Casa Alegre is not responsible for any damages that the merchandise receives.

- The customer has the right not to sign the Delivery Lead if he/she receives the goods and they are damaged or defective or are not in optimal condition.

 

Changing and/or Cancelling Orders

- After you process your payment, no modifications or cancellations to the order will be accepted.
