Shipping Policy

General Policy

Orders are only delivered directly to the person who placed the order. If they decide to be greeted by a secondary person, it should be specified in the notes section at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

 

Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 1 business day to process your orders. All orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed the next business day.

 

Order Transit Time

Shipments take 1-3 days for processing and shipping

 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package

We are not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in transit or any damage that may occur.

 

Transit Time Delays

We are not responsible for delays in transit times due to weather conditions or any other inconvenience.

 

Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address of your choice. Our courier team only makes 1 delivery attempt. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to the store and the customer will be responsible for picking it up from our store.

 

In-Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up in our store. If the owner is the one who withdraws the order, he/she must present his/her purchase order. If it is a secondary person, the owner must have specified during the purchase process or via email to info@ca.com.do
